Doing the Windows

It is well-known that Frank Lloyd Wright did windows very well.

The research tower at the Johnson Wax campus in Racine Wisconsin has window panels made of stacked Pyrex tubes, designed so that they would mask the smokestacks that Wright thought were so unsightly. But the refraction is so interesting, and he must have realized that. The light refraction can be seen from outside as well at night when the ceiling lights refract in vertical patterns.
